Why do I need to have my hood cleaned?
To comply with and pass local fire marshal and health department inspections. In addition, to ensure a properly functioning kitchen and to prevent grease fires which can damage your property or injure employees or customer's.
How often should I have my hood cleaned?
Usually this depends on the volume of which you cook. High volume or 24 hour establishments should have their hood cleaned every 3 months. Moderate volume establishments should have theirs cleaned every six months.
